How to clear your cache

            When you view a page or a website in your browser some of these pages and images are saved to your computer in order to speed up loading of the website. The problem is if the webpage is updated then your browser could still be loading the saved content, so this is why we recommend that you either hard refresh the page (Ctrl + F5) or clear your browsers cache.

            Below we have written guides on how you can do this in Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Safari. Please note these instructions may differ depending on the browser version your are using.

            Google Chrome

            • Click the "Customise and control Google Chrome" Icon top right of the browser window, or CTRL+H

            • Select “More tools” from the menu

            • Select "Clear browsing data"

            • In the pop-up thatb opens, make sure "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are selected

            • Change the Time range to "All time"

            • Click "Clear data" to confirm

            • Exit and re-launch the browser.

            Microsoft Edge

            • Go to "Settings and more2 top right of the browser window

            • Click "Settings"

            • Under "Clear Browsing Data" Click "Choose what to clear"

            • Make sure "Cookies and saved website data" and "Cached data and files" are checked

            • Click "Clear"

            • Exit and re-launch the browser

            Internet Explorer

            • Click "Tools" in the menu bar (if opened) or click on the Gear icon in the right toolbar.

            • Click Internet Options and choose the General tab.

            • Click the Delete... button under the "Browsing History" section.

            • In the pop-up that opens, make sure you uncheck "Preserve Favourites Website Data".

            • Make sure "Temporary Internat files" and "Cookies" are ticked.

            • Click the Delete button. (Deleting files could take awhile if you have a lot of files and history.)

            • Click OK to close window.

            • Exit and re-launch the browser.

            Mozilla Firefox

            • Click "Open Menu" top right of the browser window

            • Click on "Options"

            • Click on "Privacy & Security" (padlock icon)

            • Alternatively, you can type "about:preferences#privacy" into the address bar

            • Under "Cookies and Site Data" click "Clear Data"

            • In the pop-up that opens, make sure "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content" are ticked

            • Click "Clear" then confirm by clicking "Clear now"

            • Exit and re-launch the browser.


            • Click on "Safari" top left

            • Select "Preferences"

            • In the pop-up that opens, select the "Privacy" tab

            • Click "Manage Website Data..."

            • In the window that opens, click "Remove All" then "Done" to close

            • Close all open windows

            • Exit and re-launch the browser.
