            Can't login using Internet Explorer

            Problems logging in when using Internet Explorer

            The two most common reasons for failing to login to your NewZapp account are when you are either using an incorrect username and/or password or is someone else is currently logged in with your username and password.

            For help with these issues, see I can't login to my account!

            There might also be another reason for difficulty logging in if you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, with ActiveX Filtering turned 'ON'.

            In this instance you may find that although your username and password are accepted, you can't get past the welcome screen and it's continually trying to load:



            The circular blue icon with a line through it indicates that you have ActiveX Filtering turned 'ON'.

            The ActiveX software framework is a Microsoft module which allows you to load other applications in your browser. By filtering ActiveX you are preventing NewZapp from loading successfully.
             
            If you click on the icon you have the option to turn the filtering off. 



            Once ActiveX Filtering is turned 'OF' the welcome screen should progress and your login will be successful.
