A CID number is your Customer ID Number and every account's CID is unique.
Whenever you need help with your account it's always best to refer to your CID number so our support team know exactly which account you're referring to. Your CID number is particularly useful if your company has more than one account with NewZapp.
Your CID number can be found in two ways when logged into your account:
Hover over the 'Help' (?) icon on the top right of your screen and click the 'About' option. A pop-up will open that includes your CID number. It also includes other useful information such as which browser you are logged into your account with, which may be useful with a support query, and a link to the NewZapp Changelog where system updates and bug fixes can be viewed.
Hover over the 'Settings' (cog) icon on the top right of your screen and click
the 'Company Details' option. A pop-up will open that includes your CID number.
